H – Harish, The Hustler : Blogchatter A2Z

Harish doesn’t do “free time.”

If he’s awake, he’s hustling. If he’s asleep, he’s probably dreaming about hustling.

He has five side projects, a morning routine that involves ice baths, and a calendar so packed, even Google sends him alerts.

And if you dare say you’re just ‘chilling’, he looks at you like you’ve committed a federal crime.

The last time I met Harish for coffee, it turned into a Ted Talk.

I casually said, “I’ve been feeling a bit tired lately.”

Harish’s eyes lit up. Not with concern. With opportunity.

Harish: “Bro, you’re not optimizing your energy levels. What’s your morning routine?”

Me: “…I wake up?”

Harish: “Wrong! See, that’s where you’re losing productivity! You need to start your day with a power routine—cold showers, meditation, goal setting.”

Me, just trying to enjoy my cappuccino: “Uh-huh.”

Harish: “Also, have you read that book I sent you? ‘10X Your Life in 10 Days’?”

Me: “No, but I—”

Harish: “Bro. Come on. You NEED to be reading at least five books a month.”

At this point, I was holding my coffee like it was a stress ball.

Then he leaned in, lowered his voice like he was about to reveal a classified secret.

Harish: “Listen. There’s a big opportunity right now. Have you thought about passive income?”

Oh no. Here we go.

Me: “Umm… not really?”

Harish: “EXACTLY! That’s why you’re behind! Bro, I just started three new side hustles—crypto trading, e-commerce, and coaching. You should totally join my team.”

I blinked. Did he just offer me a job? In the middle of my coffee?

Me: “I already have a job, Harish.”

Harish: “Bro, that’s one stream of income. What if your company shuts down tomorrow?”

Can I finish my latte before we start discussing unemployment?

À few days later…

At 11 PM, my phone buzzes.

Harish: “Yo, quick call?”

I ignore.

At 6 AM, another message.

Harish: “Morning! Let’s do a workout challenge together. Just 5 AM every day for a month!”

Me, staring at my phone: At 5 AM, I am a corpse.

The Harish-es of the world remind us that:

• They are always in “grind mode.”

• They have 14 business ideas at any given time.

• They make you question if you’re doing enough with your life.

And sometimes, we need them. Not to wake up at 5 AM, but to remind us to pull up our socks and give our best.

Do you have a Harish in your life? Or… be honest, are YOU the Harish?
